I-140 RFE didnot reach attorney

Hi gurus

I am not sure if anyone had a similar case.

My I-140 was applied in April 2007 (Texas). Middle of August I found an online status that said RFE was sent. But my attorney hasn't received it until date.

Please advise if I could call them in any way and find out to which address it was posted. Will the employer always get a copy of the RFE?
 
Same situation here!

My RIR EB2 based I-140 & I-485 were concurrently filed in May (TSC). Online status shows RFE was sent in August. However, neither my attorney nor employer received anything as of now. Called many times and made 3 requests, sent written letter via FedEx, went to InfoPass once but the content could not be revealed (wondering why the local office needs to exist), emails to state senators, filed complaint to USCIS. Did everything I could under the sun, but still cannot get the Damn letter???!!! F**K USCIS!!!

I will keep calling. Also I'm afraid my case may get denied since the normal timeframe for response to such RFE is 12 weeks. I only have 3 weeks left now. This is a disaster for us. Let us fight together, buddy!

An update. My lawyer called and USCIS mentioned that they sent a copy to my employer by September end. The employer says he hasn't received yet. I am not sure what step needs to be taken by me as 140 is employer's petition.
 
If your employer hasn't got it yet, most likely they never sent it. Your lawyer should get the notice, and your employer should get a courtesy copy. When things went wrong, it's so hard to deal with USCIS and get fixed. The whole immigration system is totally broken, so is their customer service system.
 
You can call them and they will fax it to the lawyer

My friend had a same situation and he called USCIS and they faxed the RFE to lawyer's office 3 days before the end date.
 
I140 Approval Notice

Sorry to go off track, but I had a quick question. How long does it take for the lawyer to get the physical approval notice after the online approval status?
My case was approved on Jan 8th, 2008 but my attorney has not received the approval notice yet. I am wondering if it typically takes this much time, and whether they can request for a duplicate copy from USCIS.
