I am a new member. Online it shows that a RFE was issued on Dec 09, 2004. But till now neither the lawyer nor the company has recived the RFE letter. It is almost going to be 2 months now. When called INS, customer service person said that we should give 30 to 60 days for the letter to come. Has anybody been in this situation. Please help.
