Hello fellow memebrs,

I have a strange problem on my I-140 case. USCIS website said it sent an RFE notice, and my lawyer received the RFE. However, before my lawyer responded for the RFE, the USCIS said it received a response for the RFE. Surprisingly, a week later, the USCIS said my I-140 was approved. I have no idea how it could happen? Could it be an error on USCIS website? Have you ever seen a case like mine? Please advise.

Regards,
IK

I-140 Approved!

Hello friends,

Very interestingly, my attorney received my I-140 approval notice, but the approval notice has a spelling mistake in my last name. Is it a major issue?

Thanks,
IK
