I-140 RFE and LUD's

My LUD on I-140 changed couple of times after my attorney
responded to the "Ability to Pay" RFE on my I-140 this month.
LUD change Dates on I-140:2/3/05 and 2/7/05.
Now What do you guys predict it to be (Approval or denial!!!!!).
No LUD change on I-145.

What was the RFE about? I had a similar situation earlier.

If you dont get an approval within a week then it will be a longer wait.

I think I posted my RFE ,if my Posting is not clear here you go...
My RFE was about "Ability to Pay".(which Employer provided financial documents to my attorney to respond to my RFE)

Hi caldude,

On an average...You should get an approval within 15-25 days
after the last LUD change...I am talking about RFE cases...Again
it is not generic to all cases
 
If we don't get an approval after 30 days after the last LUD change, does that mean it may lead to denial?

Mine was replied on 1/6 and there was one LUD change on 1/12, since then nothing. I'm not sure if it leads to denial. Thinking of making an inquiry after 60 days which will be after March'6th.
 
Guys,

I've an RFE too on I-140. RFE was issued on Jan 4, 2005. What is the timeframe by which my company need to respond ? I want to respond by the latest date since its related to ability to pay RFE.

LUD on my spouse's i485 Changed today(02/09/2005) no message change , Please see the LUD pattern below, and give your valuable opinion on whats going to happen to my case.

Spouse's i485 -LUD 02/09/2005
140-LUD and 485(only mine, my spouses not changed) Changed on 02/02/2005 and 02/03/2005(no message change)
140 LUD Changed(1/20/05, 1/21/05, 1/24/05)
140 RFE Replied 01/19/05(LUD)
RFE issued 12/04
140/EAD/485 RD 08/23/2004
