Labor Filed in Dec 03 from compny A with prevailing wage of 65K. For 2003,04,05,07, my W2 amount is less than Prevailing wage. However, when combined with company net profits, it is more than 65K. Thus company had ability to pay preailing wage.
For 2006, I workd for another company B.
Company A had profit of only 25K. I came back to the company in 2007 with 60K salary. Does the fact that I did not work for company A in 2006 and the company A did not have more 65K profit is sufficient cause for denial of I-140. My employer is helpful. Anything can be done now ? Thanks a lof for your help !

2004 W-2 from company A - 53K
2005 W-2 from company A - 57K
2006 - Did not work for company A. Company B W-2 48K
2007 W2 from company A - 60K
Company A revenue in all years between 2000 to 300K and profit 20-30K.
Labor Approved in Jan 2007.
I-140 - Applied in June 07. RFE in Jan 08
I-485 Applied July 2007
EAD , 131 approved Sept 2007
