MY case filed under EB3 at NSC. My attorney did send evaluation for 3 years Bachelors equivalent to USA Bachelors.
My i-140 filed in NSC under skilled & professional cattegory with PD is Dec 2006. My LC says job requirement to Bachelors or Foreign Equivalent to Bachelors.
I got recently RFE
In I-140 REF, It clearly asks for
1) submitt any additional education that beneficiary has obtained after Dec. 2006, in the form of Official academic transcripts. It also says please do not resubmitt any documents that were part of initial submission.
My attorney did submitted 3 years equivalency to Bachelors with I-140 application.
My question is
1) Do I submitt only transcripts of additional certifications that I have obtained in addition to my 3 years Bacheolrs or
2) Do I need to submit an evaluation? My attorney suggests that we need to submit new evaulation with additional certifcations before PD?
Please advise me
