I-140 revoked?

I have a photocopy of my I-140 approval notice from my previous employer, but how do I check if they have revoked it?

Question: I have a copy of the I-140 approval notice from previous emplyer, how do I know they have not revoked it? Can I reuse my PD even if they have?

I just want to clarify that there are INS opinions out there that unless the I-140 approval was revoked due to fraud or misrepresentation, you can still retain the priority date even if the employer withdraws it to use for someone else.

Chances are good that you can retain the old priority date.

We'll see.
