I-140 revoked ...

My I-485 was filed long time ago. I stayed with the company close to 20 months after I-485 file date and left the company to use I-485 portability. Due to company specific policies, they informed INS about me leaving company. INS recently revoked my I-140. I am not sure if it eventually revokes I-485. I appreciate if anyone can share with me if they had similar experience.

In your case as I-485 application has been pending for more than 20 months u r eligible for job change and this may be just a glitch in the INS system

Your company cannot revoke the I-140

However please consult a lawyer

how do u know i-140 revoked?

How did you find that I-140 has been revoked and u have a doubt about 485?
employer can not revoke I-485 as it is ur petition not the employers.
