I-140 Revokation after approval

Can employer revoke I-140 after the approval. What if Mr. A signed an agreement to remain with the company during the whole GC process but after I-140 approval (+ pending I-485 for more then six months) decides to change employment. Is there anything that employer can do to "punish" the employee?
