I - 140 Requirements for the spouse

Hi,

I Have got H1 and applied for GC. right now I am waiting for my I-140. My spouse is also on H1. Once I get my I-140 and apply for 485,and get an EAD, how does it work?

Once we get our EAD my spouse can join any compny for a permenent job or not?

Once your I-140 is apoproved, you file for the AOS and in it, you include your spouse and children. Simultaneously with the I-485 filing, you file for EAD work cards for both yourself and spouse. Spouse can work anywhere she wants to.
