I did recieve a notification from UCSI asking for evidence in my petition. My employer submit the form however I think we did it incorrectly.
We were asking for a multinational managerial position but the company doesn't have a foreign business entity.
I was under a shelter program were the company paid to a company for my services but the shelter is not under US company control.
Can we use the same case number to submit the new application as a professional worker or should we submit a new case?
Anyway should we withdrawn the petition for the original case?
