Gurus,

I need some advice...

My Back ground:
I completed my MS in 2000 May and working in company A from Jun 2000 till now. My labor was appplied in jan 2004 and is in BEC.

I have been offered a pre-Approved Labor from company B, but that labor has been used as a substitution for someone and got rejected for him. It was rejected because the person who took the labor completed masters in 2002, but the priority date on the labor is 2000(not sure about the month).

Is it safe to going for this labor substitution. What are my other options? Please help...

Thanks,
akaper

it will not be a problem ONLY if you have all the education, experience, skills mentioned in that labor prior to THAT labor filing date.

get a copy. verify with your own lawyer and proceed. act fast. you are very near to deadline.

two weeks difference in priority dates & grad date

Hi,

I got the information of the preapproved labor:
Priority Date: 25th April 2000
Experience : 1 year with Java, J2EE technologies.
Qualification: MS in Computer Science

I graduated on May 13th 2000(MS in Computer Systems Engineering) and am working from Jun 8th 2000 in Java, J2EE technologies.

Does this labor match my qualifications? Please let me know...
