I-140 rejected; how to start G/C process

Due to job transfer, my I-140 was rejected.
Now, I am back at H-1 status with my new employer effective Oct 2004.
When can I start G/C process again?
Should I start all over?
Can I use my previous L/C?

Since you are with a new employer you will need to start over.
