My LC finally cleared after 4+ years of waiting. I am tempted to file I 140 in premium. It does mean that I will have to shell out extra 1.5 K but it seems to me that if 140 clears in two weeks it will make 485 easier to process? [in other words, does anyone here see any other advantages of filing in premium besides 3 year H1 extension?]
I have also heard that there is apparently a commitment now that all 140 cases are getting cleared in 6 months. Is that true?
