Folks,

I got RFE on my I-140

RFE: copy of Company federal tax return, audited financial statements, or annual report for the year 2004 and 2005
================

My company is privately held and unable to provide these docs, because of some reasons....I'm in the compnay for almost 5.5 years..
I was wondering if my W-2 for 2004/2005 and letter from CFO will be sufficent to this RFE ?

Has anyone responded to RFE like this?
Will this be sufficent for I-140 approval??

need response on this asap..

You need to seek advice from your immigration attorney.
I don't think just the W2s and letter from CFO suffice here.
I had a similar RFE and my company had to provide all of the following-
tax return, audited financial statements, annual report, my paystubs and W2s
