I-140 REF input needed

I got an RFE on I-140 stating following:

Experience: Submit evidence to establish that the beneficiary possesses the experience listed on the form ETA 750 (Application for Align Employment Certification).

Proof is needed for experience with: Visual Basic

ETA 750 Part B: Submit part B to the ETA 750.

Anyone in this type of situation or, heard of this type of case ?

Can you please suggest what all documents are required here.

I have heard this requirement for first time.
I didn't know USCIS has become so specific when it comes to evaluating technical skills that they will start asking about software types.
Anywayz, if u don't have visual basic experience, then if u have experience with other IDE tools, that might help.

I do have experience in Visual Basic (as mentioned in resume attached at the time of filing papers). But I was wondering what they would mean by proof ?

Also it seems like I need to get experience letters from my previous employers that should state all the software development tools I have used duringmy stay in respective companies.

My first comany where I spent 1.5 years, I do have a letter that I worked for that period but that do not say that I used these these software development tools. That comapny probably do not exist now, What should I do in that case ?

They are asking for Experience letter with skills mentioned in it. If the previous company does not exists get a letter from your previous BOSS or CoWorker that you had worked in those areas & that company is now closed/merged/sold..
