I-140 REDO Waiters, please read

Following are my details:

PD: March 1996
RD: May 1996
ND: June 1996
RFE1 for biographic information.
RFE2 for I-140 REDO.
I-140 REDO Receipt Date : October 13th 2000
I-140 REDO ND : October 18th 2000
I-140 was incorrectly put new I-140 queue. When I called II, she said she is going to change it to Amended I-140 queue and it should take another three weeks for approval. This happened in the last week of October and nothing has happened yet.

My I-485 message still says RE sent on .....
My I-140 message says it is taking 180 to 240 days.

There seems to no end in sight. Well, basically my request to all the I-140 REDO waiters is that we should do something about this. Sending a combined letter or lodging a complaint of some sort. Of course doing it IIOs is no use, as we all know.

Please provide your input.

Called VSC today(Nov 29).According IIO, it\'ll take another six to eight weeks.

my case details:
RFE2 for I-140 REDO - Sep 29
I-140 REDO Receipt Date : October 25 2000
I-140 REDO ND : October 27 2000

Yesterday(I-485) the msg changed to
"Received reply for RFE on Nov 21st. usually it takes 365-540 days. Since Preliminary processing is already done now it will take 180 days"
My I-140 message says it is taking 180 to 240 days.

IIO told me about it. She also said it\'s a mistake by mail room guys and she is going to correct it.

Same story with me. Whenever I call them, they keep saying it will take another three weeks. That\'s why I think something should be done about it.
