Hi guys,

Have you heard anything on your RFEs? Did you get the EAC #s for the new I-140s? Has the AVR message changed?

Hi, I got the 140 receipt notice which has the new EAC number (RD 10/10/2000). As per my prev. postings, I filed 140 with the RFE package. My 485 message has n\'t changed yet (i.e, On sept ...., RFE was issued). I will check my 140 message & post it tomorrow
