I-140 Redo Info

I called IIO last week to ask for the status of my I-485 application
in response for the I-140 Redo RFE, The IIO only told me that my
application is with an officer, She refuse to tell me the status of
I-140 Redo application, since she said the company is the applicant,
and I am only a beneficiary, so that she can only tell the company
the status of my I-140 Redo application.

Is the normal? Did anybody get the I-140 Redo info out of an officer?

IIOs will normally NOT give out any serious information to beneficieries. This is their standard practice.
