I-140 Receipt

Hello,

Normally how long it takes to get I-140 receipt? My application was received on 5/24/2007 by USCIS.

Also can I do premium processing without receipt?

Can we apply for I-485 withouht I-140 receipt?

Any help would be appriciated.

Hi Simy,

I got my receipt today. Mine was sent to NSC on jun 13th (regular Processing). Today I talked to my employer and he said that they got the receipt#. I red some where in these forums that to apply for 485 you need 140 receipt#. If you didn't applied for 140 and the priority date is current then you can file concurrently 140 and 485 with approved labor. Also clarify with your attorney.

Hi - NSC USCIS office received my I-140 (Premium Processing) and I-485 package on June 26th 2007.

1) Do they send all receipts (I140+I485+AP+EAD) same time or separate?
2) How long it will take to receive I-140 Premium processing receipt?

Hi All - I haven't received my receipts yet. Any idea how long it takes to receive receipt for I140 premium process? I thought Attorny get premium process receipt by Fax or email (correct?) but my attorny's office have not received yet.
