I-140 receipt notice ....

My attorney sent I-140 petition to TSC on Nov 9th. Till now attorney
didn\'t recived receipt notice. Anyone on the same situation .... Please
respond.

I have the same problem. I submitted I-140 application at the end of October and have not receive any response. However, I found they checked out application fee. So I asked my bank to show me the copy of check and there is the receipt number on it. Hope this will help.

My attorney sent the I-140 to TSC on October 19, no notice yet. Even the check has not been cashed out yet. Wonder why this delay, anybody has any input.

Hi Nagib,

When did you know about the cashing. Mine was also sent on October 19. No receipt, and the attorney says the check has not been cahshed either. I am really concerned that the mail may have been lost. There is proof of delivery.
