I-140 receipt from VSC

Does anybody know how long it takes to get a I-140 receipt from VSC? I applied last month but no news as yet.

Does the attorney get the email or do we get the email?

Attorney will get receipt by mail
You can only get email after you register with USCIS and provide your receipt number.
