I-140 range

Attorney says NSC works on I-140's range from Sept 03 - Dec 03. Then why we do not see any Dec'03 or Nov'03 or Oct'03 (second half) approvals in these forum? Gurus shed your attention and educate our community.

They have only reached as far as Oct 10 th ,and looks like they have slowed down again after the elections.

Lot of sep filers were on this site compared to Oct and November. Might be one reason why we are not seeing that many approvals..
what do you guys think ??
