My labor is pending with a company and I am working for that company. Since the situation with that company is not good, i am going to file I-140 based on a pre-approved labor. I am not going to join with that company in the near future. Will that affect my current labor, and then I-140 with my current company?. Basically can I file multiple I-140?.
