My LC is certified. My present salary is less that what is specified in my LC. Our attorney says that the salary should be atleast equal to what is specified in the LC.
Can anyone throw some more light on this.
u need same or more or your employer should give u a letter that they will pay u that much in future once ur GC is approved. Given today's conditions u might be okie with 5 10% of less rate but check with ur lawyer.
