Hello everyone,

My LC was recently approved and my company is about to file the i-140 petition. I have an approved i-140 with a current priority date from my previous employer. However, the i-140 was filed before I joined my current company but was approved after I started working for my current employer. As far as I know, the approved i-140 has not been revoked by the previous employer.

Experts, do you see any issues using the approved i-140's priority date (I have a copy of the approved petition)?

Hi Gurus,

My 1-140 which was upgraded to premium processing got denied about two weeks ago at Nebraska center. My laywer filed the motion to reopen the case within three days of receiving the denial letter. I had a lud yesterday 04/18/07 but the message still remain the same. The last update was 04/05/07. The Denial was on my education.

Does this means that they are working on my case or the case is reopened?
