I need some advice from all of you out there. I have I-140 approved from my current employer under EB-3 category. I also have PERM approved from second employer In EB-2. Now I am confused as what is my best option.
1. File I-140 with Premium processing from Company B and take a risk or approval or denial.
2. File I-140 along with I-1485 and take the same risk, but having I-485 applied I can get EAD card and other goodies that comes after filing I-485. I am not sure what will happen to I-485 if this new I-140 gets denied.
Any suggestion or advise is welcome...
