I have been working for Company A and Company B filed my GC under EB3 in Oct'2002 for future employment. As my 6th year of H1 is going to be ended in this May'2006, Company A had offered me to file my GC using substitute LC (EB2 - PD is August 2000) and filed I-140 in April'2006. Now my other LC which was filed by Company B got approved recently. Now my question is Can I file I-140 from the Company B also, when the other I-140 is in pending status in the same NSC as both are going to process in NSC now. Please advise
