Hi Everyone,
I have a few questions regarding I-140.
1. What is that USCIS looks for when approving I-140 ? My I-140 RD is March 27 2004. I have excellent paystub record between Oct 1999 and July 2004 and then there are six months of paystubs missing and therefore 2004 W-2 amount is shorter than the prevailing wage rate. What does the USCIS look for in terms of physical evidence ?
2. Will i get a RFE ? if so what would it be.
3. Is it possible for my employer to generate paystubs for the last six months ? How would they do that ? They say it can be done(Cost Associated With it) but they are not telling me how ?
4. Can they issue me a fresh W-2 in case they are able to generate the missing paystubs for 2004 ?
Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks
