Friends,
One of my friends received RFE on I-140 and he's been already working on EAD.
CIS asks him to submit his W2 for last 1 year. Sadly he doesn't have W2 and he is not on payroll.
1. Submitting fake W2 is out of question
2. Submitting an employer's letter stating that he is working as...drawing $$ salary... IS WHAT I SUGGEST
Is there any alternative to this or any suggestions as to how to go about will be appreciate!
