hey folks anybody in the same boat as me????

ND: I 140/485- Jan 04

RD: I 140/485- Jan 04

EAD/AP: Apr 04

FP: still waiting: should I worry since haven't had any FP done so far. No updates online either?

You should be getting a fp notice soon i guess. But there are lots of people waitng with apps from jan,feb,mar with no approval of 140.
 
Hello:

Even I had called the customer service quite a few times in the past in an attempt to facilitate our FP but as expected, they didn't do anything and always came up with the standard reply that they have no way of influencing the FP process.

I still didn't mind calling them because now a days I've nothing better to do then worry about our GC process. :)

MY 140/485 RDs are in March '04. I still don't have any FP notice. Sit tight man, there are quite a few cases like yours and mine out there. A lot of ppl around my RD and quite a few before that are also waiting for FPs.
 
well that makes me feel better, thanx guys, I guess all we can do is wait and wait and wait.....................
