Hi everybody, I have filed I140 with TSC:
RD... 03/15/2001,
ND... 03/19/2001,
on 12/13/2001... requested additional documentation,
replied on 02/28/2002,
ND for reply... 03/05/2002,
I checked the status of my case and there was this message:"On March 5 2002 we received your respond to our request for evidence or information, it is taken between 200 and 275 days for us to process this kind of case, however because the preliminary processing time was completed before we requested additional information, the remaining processing time for this stage of your case is approximately 275 days. Written decision will be mailed to you.".... do I understand correctly that I have to wait additional 275 days for them to process my case ??? Is there anybody who is or was in the same situation as I\'m.
