I-140 Processing time - Something to Cheer

Guys,

I was checking murthy.com for processing times for vermont, it shows processing time for E31 - 07/01/2002 & for
E21 - 07/27/2002 as of 03/15/2003.

It's a jump of 26 days for E31 & 41 days for E21 compared to last month's date, has Vermont center finally woken up?

From the postings in this site,it appears there are more people who are filed before these dates and waiting for approval than who got approved. So I am really sceptical about the dates. But definitely this is a sign of relief.
 
These dates tells you the date of cases that have moved through the process and are now going to an INS Officer for analysis and decision. That means the applications before this date are reached the hands of INS officer, so he will do further process for "some time".
Sorry if I confuse you. I am also in the same boat.....

don't beleive these dates. Even if you call INS they will give their own dates, you cannot argue with them why they are processing cases that are more recent, leaving out old cases..
