I have applied for I 140 with CP option in Sep ' 2003 with Texas Service Center. Used to check the BCIS website for the online status. Till few days back it was telling processing time is between 275-300 days .
Today when I check it says this kind of case is taking between 350-400 days.
Has anyone seen this going processing time frame going back?
How correct is this time?
