I-140 Processing time faster with Microsoft Certifications (MCSE,MCSD and MCDBA)

I am opening a new thread for this question on I-140 Processing time based on qualification

Does having certifications like MCSE, MCSD and MCDBA improve the chances of getting the I-140 cleared fast with RFE on experience and Educational Qualification.

Are they worth anything in the context of getting the I-140/485 cleared ??

Please throw some light on this .

Having certifications definitely help if the certification is directly linked to the job being done and the JOB mentioned in the petition. However no point getting random certifications and getting certifications not linked to the job mentioned in 140 and job being done. Also certifications willl not help in getting faster approvals (otherwise NIW cases with Phds would be the fastest and not the unskilled classification). Certifications will not prevent a RFE..RFE is like the timing of a death, if it is fated one will get it.

I think Certifications will help prove that you are qualified candidate for the skillset but the Job should need the same skillset I guess. Then it will prove to be beneficial and Officer will get convinced not to issue RFE on experience and Educational Qualification.

More opinions are welcome.
