I-140 Processing @ Texas moved?

Hi guys,

Any ideas if the I-140 processing for Texas center has been moved to anyother center. My Org. has submitted my I-140 two weeks back to Texas center and the petition came back (last week) saying submit it to another service center. Does anyone know if the consololidation of centers has been done for I-140 processing. I am awaiting for the receipt. Thanks.
 
where is the company ( jurisdiction ) ?
where is the job location ( LC filed location ) ?
Where do you live ?


3 factors may count in deciding centers, but there is no hard rule...!!!
 
where is the company : Addison, TX
where is the job location : Asburn, VA
LC filed location : Dallas, TX (substiture LC)
Where do you live : Reston, VA

I have yet to receive a word on which center it was directed to. Will post the info later.
 
If the job location is VA , the it should go to Vermont Service center (VSC) as per my knowledge...

as in my case... my company is in TX, job location is in East coast, then my application is sent to VSC....
 
Moved to VSC

I got my I-140 receipt. The application was redirected to Vermont Service Center.
