Hi All I-140 approval seekers
I am a new member and have been reading the latest thread on the subject. I observed that I-140 with CP has been taking more time than concurrent filing. The automated phone system for status check says these cases are taking between 150-180 days. My I-140 filing is from August and so I am not even bothering to get neurotic when I see cases from April still being processed. My question is. Is there any way we can get together and send a petition to NSC requesting some clarity on this issue rather than fretting over long processing times. Since I do not know how things work on that front any inputs from senior members are welcome. I was thinking on the lines of sending a list of all the cases of I-140 with CP filing from the tracker spreadsheet to prove our point.
