My labor was approved and i am applying for i-140 in the next couple of days.
There was a small problem with dates of employment on my labor. for a perticular company i worked from september 2001 to may 2001. But that company has filled for my h1-b only in the month of october. I left the company and joined another company after that. But by mistake , i mentioned september 2001 to may 2001 in my labor and my h1-b approvel shows the date of application from october. Is this big probelm. I am scared. I am affried even to talk to my attorney. Your advices are truely appreciated.
