I-140 priority date - UNITEDNATIONS please help

I just received my I-140 approval notice and the priority date mentioned is April 23, 2003.

I checked the approved copy of my labor application. It was filed with SWA on 07/24/2002. The box LO is blank, box RO has 04/23/2003 and there is a received stamp on top of every page which says 07/24/2002.

I read in the forums that whatever appears in box LO is the priority date but in my case somehow it is blank and only a received stamp with that date on top of every page.

So going by this what should be my correct priority date ?

If my correct priority date is 07/24/2002, should I approach USCIS for correcting it on I-140 approval notice ? Should I have to approach DOL/SWA before approaching USCIS ?

I am affected by the retrogression of visa dates. This extra 9 months in priority date may be a big loss and worth the effort to get it corrected.

Has anyone been in this situation before ? If so please post your experience and your help is much appreciated.

Thanks

in parallel, you should a approach DOL and USCIs and tell them of the mistake. Don't let this go as in uscis records your priority date is incorrect, and they will use that to process your 485.

I will follow your suggestion. Thanks for your reply.
