I fall under ROW category. My current employer is planning to submit my concurrent application for I-140 and 485 soon. I requested him to file I-140 premium but they told me that their primary financial documents for the premium process are not that strong and can risk an RFE hence they would rather go with the regular process. Could some one elaborate as what does that mean? Does USCIS consider different types of financial documents during regular and premium I-140 process?
