I am joining a new employer who has offered me pre-app LC under EB3 category. Is it possible to file under I-140 premium processing for this particular case? any ideas?
I have also labor cert approved under EB-3 from my current employer. The PD for EB2 is 05/2006.
The new employer is offering EB3 labor with PD of 06/2003.
Looking at current trends what is more advisable?
