I-140 premium for LC substitution

I am joining a new employer who has offered me pre-app LC under EB3 category. Is it possible to file under I-140 premium processing for this particular case? any ideas?

I have also labor cert approved under EB-3 from my current employer. The PD for EB2 is 05/2006.

The new employer is offering EB3 labor with PD of 06/2003.

Looking at current trends what is more advisable?

yes you can apply thro PP for sub labor provided the attorney submits the old LC along with your I 140. This is what is mentioned in the USCIS site..just my 2 cents :D


Best is to ask your attorney..they are getting paid for that (your money!!) :rolleyes:
