My LC finally cleared from the BEC and I am eligible to file 140/485. I am tempted to file I 140 in premium. [It does mean that I will have to shell out extra 1.5 K]
My questions are:
1. Does it if 140 clears in two weeks it will make 485 easier to process?
2. When does the I 485 portability kick in and what does it exactly mean?
