I-140 porting and pending I-484 interfiling

I have EB3 I-140 approved with June 2004 PD and I-485 pending. Now I got EB2 Labor approved in January 2011 and my attorney has suggested to file I-140 application along with porting of old priority date as well as interfiling of I-485. Is it advisable to request both porting of date and I-485 interfiling request together. Or simply request porting of old priority date to new I-140, then after the approval of I-140 with old priority date, apply for the interfiling of I-45
