I am yet another person affected by the retrogression. My I-140(EB3) was approved on Mar 05. My Priority Date is Feb 03.
I wanted to know what the process was if I leave my current company. I was told that I could keep my priority Date but I would have to start the whole process again. Is this Valid?
Also would it be valid if I changed my Job Role which qualified for EB2? Could I keep my Priority Date If a new LC was filed in EB2?
