I-140 Please advise

hi!
my I 140 filled 07/092003 EB3 Concurrent at Nebrska center my situation as below

i called to NSc on 04/16/2003 talked to IIO said case was approved on10/28/2003 but lawyer didn't received any approval notice online status showing still case pending so lawyer said wait it is taking long time may be wrong information bu IIO

i was in Local office on CIS for Finger print on 05/25/2004 as I asked immigration officer about my I-140 he said as per their system case was approved on 10/28/2003 same date as given bu IIO at NSC(National Service Center)

My employer called at NSC on 05/22/2003 today he got the letter saying as attorney is on record for this application please contact your attorney for any question about the case.But attorney always not cooperating just saying to wait

Kindly advice what to do in this situation I shall be greatful to all respondents

Seems like your attorney is not helping u as stated by you.
If you have some sort of evidence that the 140 has been approved and also if you have evidence that your lawyer is stating to the contrary, try to change your lawyer. Before doing that tell your employer about this, especially if your lawyer is someone associated with your employer.
After you find a good and experienced lawyer who will also be willing to file a negligence suit against your old lawyer or report him to the state bar association and AILA, things should look up for u.
This maynot be the quickest way to solving your problem.
The thing is approaches like initiating inquiry, etc require co-operation of your lawyer. Also put pressure on your employer to talk to the lawyer....Remember one thing, try to be sweet and strong in your words.....Angry words towards these people just does not help us, especially since we are a weaker position.
