Hello Guys,
My LC EB 2: PD is 08/16/05 and got approved on 10/15/05.I have filed only for 140 on 10/25/05 with VSC and waiting for their decision.I'm expecting it to get approved in may 06.But as you all know that i cannot file for 485 until my PD gets current.I'm planning to start my own business(Retail business like convenient store) some time mid of 2007 or jan 2008.I'll be working in IT Consulting this year and next year.So i will be having W-2 for 2006 and 2007.My concern is if i apply for 485 after my PD is current are they going to ask for w-2's?
After i start my own business till i get my GC i'll be paying my employer to run my pay roll.but this won't be the same amount as i have mentioned on my LC.this is just to be in status like every 3 months i'll be running it for 6 weeks of man hours.
Can any one advice me on this?I'm expecting my PD to be current in 2009.
