Hey guys,
I filed for EB1-EA and EB2-NIW through lawyer at TSC in march 10. While NIW got approved in a month, EB1-EA has been pending for over 5 months now. My lawyer says that we can file an inquiry with USCIS National Customer Service Center. Is that a good idea? Is it possible that if an inquiry is filed, the case will receive a stronger scrutiny? I am sort of nervous because (I feel) my case isn't superstrong! any advice will be appreciated!
