I-140 pending since January 2003

Guys,
I don't know what to do? My concurrent I-140, I-485, and I-131 is still pending since January 2003 without any REF, denial, nor approval. My lawyer made several inquires and the answers were always that this case is pending for further review. He also contacted the Senator office and the answer was " case is pending for security checking ". My question is how longer this checking would take. Should I just keep waiting without doing any thing? I need to travel but I have no travel document because the I-131 has not been approved. Is there any one has the same case like mine. Any help, recommendation. Please share your ideas .
 
Ummh....this is ridiculous.Usually I-131 doesn't take much time.I-131 no way related to security check.You have to wait.What abt your EAD..?.

That is an unfortunate scenario where lot of people are stuck these days. I also learnt today that I am also stuck in security review.I dont think there is anything we could do.

I am with you buddy. I am stuck for 140 and 485 from Nov.2002. I can't give u any advice what to do because nothing worked for me also.
 
I don't knw wht s happening in my case.. i got reply frm FBI. saying my security check s done. What else is remaining on I-140 ? We filled with Original Labour. it is vry straight forward... i don't knw wht else to do..
