I 140 pending in TSC

Hello,

I applied for I 140 at the Texas service center under premium processing with e filing. I am checking the status online and it displays the case will be approved in 60 days and I expected the case approval in 15 days.

My case status has not changed yet and today is the 13th day since they received my papers.

Can any one suggest me about this?

I think Texas has slowed down tremendously. I got an RFE for Ability to Pay on my I-140 case. My attorney responded to this RFE on Feb 06 2007. They generally make a decision within 60 days but there has been no LUDs on my case since Feb 14 2007. Attorney has initiated a 2nd inquiry thru AILA now.

Yes, it seems like Texas hardly processing any (regular) cases recently. It may have something to do with the massive H1B filing in early April.

140 Filed on Premium

My I140 filed on May 17 and the status shown is "Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed" it has already been more then 3 weeks and until now the Case status is not updated.

Do anyone has any idea of approximately how many days is it taking to process premium cases in Texas Service Center ?

Response is appreciated.

Anchoori,

You should get response in 15 calender days. Otherwise you call premium processing services by phone or email them.

To which number I can call to know the status ? or to which email Id I can mail to.

I heard from someone that for some rejected or query cases they are not updating the status .. is that correct?
