Hi,
My I-140 is pending and recently my company (a public traded 500+ employee) got acquired by another big shot (public) company. The deal will be final sometime next year.
Will this effect my GC? Should i get my I-140 processed using premium processing?
My PD is Aug, 01 EB3, so I-485 is not filed.
